Blue Cole
serves as City Manager for the City of Jonesboro and provides oversight for the
Downtown Development Authority and economic development initiatives. Mr. Cole
brings more than 20 years of state and local government experience, including
expertise in grant writing, project management, and partnership development.
His work focuses on strengthening communities, building collaborative
relationships, and advancing strategic growth opportunities.
Mr. Cole is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and the Georgia Academy for Economic Development. He resides in Sharpsburg, Georgia, with his wife and children, and previously served two terms as Mayor of Sharpsburg.
