COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

CALLED MEETING

June 28th, 2011

The City of Jonesboro Mayor and Council held a called meeting on Tuesday, June 28th, 2011.  The meeting was held 5:00 p.m. at the Jonesboro Police Station, 170 South Main Street Jonesboro, Georgia.

Council Present:        Luther Maddox, Mayor

                                    Roger Grider – Councilmember

                                    Clarence Mann, Councilmember

                                    Wallace Norrington, Councilmember

                                    Pat Sebo, Councilmember - absent

                                    Bobby Wiggins Councilmember

                                    Joe Compton, Councilmember

Staff present:  Janice Truhan - City Clerk.

Mayor Maddox called the meeting to order.

Discussion ensued regarding Service Delivery status and consideration of a Clayton County resolution to extend the existing Service Strategy until October 31^st, 2011. Approved for Mayor to sign. [Motion; Compton, 2^nd; Wiggins, Vote; Unanimous].

Mayor Maddox called for motion to adjourn. Approved. [Motion: Grider, 2^nd: Norrington Vote: Unanimous].
