CITY OF JONESBORO

CALLED COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

JULY 21st, 2010 – 3:00 p.m.

 

 

The City of Jonesboro Mayor and Council held a Called Council meeting for the purposes of Executive Session to discuss personnel matters. The meeting was held at 170 South Main Street  Jonesboro.

 

Council Present:       Luther Maddox, Mayor

                                    Clarence Mann, Councilmember

                                    Roger Grider, Councilmember

                                    Pat Sebo, Councilmember

                                    Joe Compton, Councilmember

                                    Bobby Wiggins, Councilmember

                                    Wallace Norrington, Councilmember

 

Staff Present:    Janice Truhan – City Clerk

 

Mayor Maddox called the meeting to order. 

 

The Council considered the following items 1 - 6 on the Agenda:

 

1.     Considered motion to enter Executive Session for the purpose of discussing personnel

        matters. Approved.  [Motion: Mann, 2nd: Compton, Vote: Unanimous].

     

2.    Considered motion to resume Regular Meeting. Approved. [Motion: Compton, 2nd:

       Grider, Vote: Unanimous]

 

3.    Considered vote, if any, on matters discussed in Executive Session.  No vote taken.

        Item is moot.

 

4.    Considered Motion to adjourn. Approved.  [Motion: Grider, 2nd: Compton Vote:

       Unanimous].
