CALLED COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

The City of Jonesboro Mayor and Council held a Called Council meeting for the purposes of Executive Session, on Tuesday, May 19th, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. The meeting was held at 170 South Main Street  Jonesboro.

 

Council Present:       Luther Maddox, Mayor

                                    Clarence Mann, Councilmember - Absent

                                    Roger Grider, Councilmember

                                    Billy Powell, Councilmember

                                    Rick Yonce, Councilmember

                                    Bobby Wiggins, Councilmember

                                    Wallace Norrington, Councilmember

 

Staff Present:            Janice Truhan, Chief Brad Johnson and Major Tim Jessup

                                   

Mayor Maddox called the meeting to order. 

 

The Council considered the following items 1 - 3 on the Agenda:

 

1.   Considered motion to enter Executive Session.  Approved.  [Motion: Grider, 2nd:

       Norrington, Vote: Unanimous].

 

2.   Considered motion to resume Regular Meeting.  Approved [Motion: Grider, 2nd:

       Mann, Vote:  Unanimous].

 

3.    Considered motion to adjourn.  Approved.  [Motion: Grider, 2nd: Mann, Vote:

       Unanimous].
